I think that the special effects affected the mood of the audience because in my visual poem I put a lot of shots that were exciting, so I think that I did a did job at getting my audience at the edge of there seat. For example, in one of shot that I had it should me on the high bar focusing for my next big move and used the, ken burns effect, to make it even more exciting. The ken burns effect is an effect that lets you pan across the image or zoom-in on an image. Another example of the ken burns effect that I used to make the audience get up on there feet was when I zoomed in on an image that showed my hands gripping the gymnastics bar as tight as I could and I thought that that was pretty cool.
To conclude with my response to my visual poem I would say that i thought that I did a pretty good job. With the time that we had to make this project I know that I was not one of those procrastinators. When we had time to work on our projects I used my time wisely and did everything that I could do. I know that you can always improve on what you do, but o will talk about what I thought that I did good. I think that I did pretty good at getting that B-ROLL. I did pretty cool shots, for example, I got a shot of me flying trough the air to the high bar. And that is what I thought was good about my project.
